Do you want to work on a healthy lifestyle but don’t know where to start? Are the extra pounds getting in your way, and do you want to lose weight in a healthy way? Everyone is unique, which is why the personal support at The 1:1 Diet is so beneficial. Together, we discuss your goals and assess what your current life looks like. I'm also very interested in your story. Who are you and where does your excess weight come from? The better we get to know each other, the more I can tailor my personal support to your needs. With me, you truly have some time for yourself! Whether you need help with weight loss, want to maintain your weight, or simply want to adopt a healthier lifestyle in general, I'm here for you.

Healthy food

A healthy lifestyle isn’t just about losing weight; there are multiple aspects that are influenced by it. That’s why, at The 1:1 Diet, we use a Step-by-Step Plan. It’s a clear plan that provides you with a comprehensive picture of what you can and should eat in each step, while also emphasizing the importance of getting enough sleep, relaxation, and exercise.

In each step, you supplement the delicious meal products with regular, healthy food. Starting from Step 1, you can simply join your family for meals. Did you know there are more than 40 different products available? From shakes and bars to soups and other hot meals! Your favorite is definitely among them.

As you progress through the steps, you gradually increase your intake of regular, healthy food while reducing the meal products. This way, your body adapts in small steps to a new, healthy lifestyle, which can help you maintain a healthy weight in the long run.
